WHO ARE WE ?

Founded by Sylvia Randazzo, Elliot Buisson and Warren Buisson, the Office des Artistes brings together 3 complementary areas of expertise at the service

L'Office des Artistes was born from a simple belief: artists should be free from everything that pulls them away from creation.

Our mission is to advise, support, and handle the administrative, operational, and time-consuming tasks : the ones that weigh you down, create stress, and add no real value, so every artist can focus on what truly matters: creating.

Founded by Sylvia Randazzo, Elliot Buisson, and Warren Buisson, L'Office des Artistes brings together three complementary areas of expertise dedicated to contemporary creation.

Our ambition:
• Deliver comprehensive support: administrative, strategic, digital, and legal;
• Free artists from constraints so they can fully dedicate themselves to their practice;
• Unlock access to a professional network (galleries, collectors, institutions) through our experience and connections;
• Offer tailored solutions, whether through long-term support or one-off missions.

The team

Sylvia Randazzo

As a curator and artistic director, Sylvia made her mark by developing the artistic programme of Molitor Paris, overseeing exhibitions, installations and editorial projects. She now supports artists, businesses and major brands in their cultural and artistic strategies, combining intellectual rigor with solid project management and a deep understanding of the art ecosystem.

Elliot Buisson

A specialist in cultural management, Elliot has spent the last ten years helping artists and creative organisations structure, produce and promote their projects. Drawing on his experience as a gallery owner and entrepreneur, he brings a pragmatic understanding of the art market and works towards the sustainable professionalisation of artistic careers.

Warren Buisson

Artistic director and producer, Warren conceives and leads ambitious projects in France and internationally.
His practice is rooted in attentive listening to artists, careful team coordination and strong command of technical and regulatory constraints, ensuring the coherence and high quality of every production.
